TJP Agency Rebrand

Audience Honor in Rebrand Campaign

Objectives

After 50 years of history, we found ourselves ready for a total transformation. With new goals and a desire to stand apart in a crowded industry, we set out to create a completely new identity–something as weirdly wonderful as the people who make up our agency. 

Strategy and Execution

Thomas J Paul (now TJP) underwent a comprehensive rebranding initiative in the past year, encompassing internal processes, organizational structure, and client approach. Recognizing the pivotal role of digital platforms in our engagement strategy, we embarked on a journey to redefine our brand identity and offerings. Our objective was to create a cutting-edge brand experience that not only showcased our services comprehensively but also conveyed the essence of our company in a succinct and impactful manner. 

The primary goal was to develop a brand that distinguishes us from competitors through innovative functionality, informative content, and engaging presentation. We sought to leverage our rebranding efforts to position TJP as a leader in the healthcare and wellness industry, embodying our core values of family, community, strength, partnership, and collaboration. Additionally, the rebrand aimed to streamline communication about our unique offerings in both the consumer and pharmaceutical sectors. 

Our target audience, seeking dynamic and informative content, demanded a clear and organized brand experience. We focused on enhancing our brand messaging and visual identity to facilitate quick access to relevant information, catering to the preferences of our viewers. Through strategic execution and meticulous attention to detail, our rebranding initiative aimed to elevate our brand perception and strengthen connections with current and potential clients. 

The outcome is a revitalized TJP, with a distinctive and captivating identity that authentically represents our agency's core archetypes. Our new brand not only sets us apart from our competitors but also positions us as innovators in the healthcare and wellness space, ready to embrace the challenges of the future with confidence and determination. 

Results

The outcome was an overwhelming amount of interactions with our new brand. We had a 1900% increase in LinkedIn followers, 777% organic increase in LinkedIn profile views, 756% increase in organic reach on Instagram, 1800% increase in Instagram engagement, 300% increase in new business opportunities post-launch, and 3.4k new site visits within the first month of launch.
