This
imposing 12,000-square-foot Tudor Revival mansion was
built on the former grounds of the 1901 Pan-American Exposition. It was orginally
constructed for Annie Lang Miller, the daughter of brewer Gerhard Lang. Unfortunately,
Mrs. Miller died before the house was completed. Edwin Lang Miller, her son, inherited
the house. Over
the years the property has housed into the Nottingham Academy of the Sacred heart
and Nichols Middle School. In
2003, Junior League of Buffalo used this home as their Decorators' Show House. It
is once again being used as a private residence.
