The former Western Block building on Market Street is enjoying new life as an art gallery. The one time factory along the Erie Canal fell into disuse and was forgotten for years.

As interest in preserving the historical area emerged, the building was pressed into service as an art gallery. Renovations on the high ceilings and open spaces provided a natural home for artist studio's and a gift shop.

It now acts a local venue for working artists from across North America.
