Located on its high elevation, Maplehurst Mansion is positioned to overlook its surroundings. It is an imposing 3 story residence of red stone with Queenston white stone trim. The vestibule and hall lead to a double parlour/library/dinning room, restored to its original grandeur. Each feature rare fireplaces, as are the second floor bedrooms. A sky-lit, former billiards room is a third floor surprise. Also a stairwell to a roof deck provides magnificent viewing. Restorations have maintained the original character and architecturally uniqueness of Maplehurst.
