Rob Drury is the Founder & CEO of Cartwheel and Co. Marketing, an award-winning creative marketing agency with a presence in New York, Los Angeles and 3 other U.S. offices, as well as satellite teams in the UK and Mexico. Drury’s journey in the marketing industry began more than two decades ago at LeadDog Marketing Group, where he helped grow the team to 200 members, achieved an eight-figure acquisition in 2017, and launched the agency’s non-profit and media verticals. During his tenure at LeadDog, his campaigns earned recognition from Clio Entertainment, Event Marketer, Chief Marketer, and BizBash, among others. Amid the pandemic, Drury broke off from LeadDog and started Cartwheel and Co. Marketing, which specializes in events, experiences, activations, and partnerships. The agency quickly made its mark, earning the title Newcomer Agency of the Year from Ad Age and garnering 10 international awards within its first three years. Drury's visionary leadership continues to drive innovative experiential marketing with engaging campaigns on behalf of leading brands, including Amazon, Manchester United, Disney, and NBCUniversal, to name a few.
