I’m John McAdorey, but you can call me Mac. I’ve spent many years in the advertising industry, working with incredible teams at some outstanding agencies. Along the way, I’ve been part of a wide array of projects, witnessing—and adapting to—the exciting and challenging evolution of the industry. I’m passionate about my craft and deeply committed to my agency, my teams, and my clients. From leading integrated campaigns with budgets over $4 million to crafting compelling spots for as little as $3,500, I’ve embraced every challenge with creativity and resourcefulness. My work has taken me across the U.S. and internationally, and I’m proud to say it’s earned recognition with a host of awards, allowing me to confidently call myself an award-winning producer. I’ve worn many hats—working as a one-person production powerhouse, managing large departments, and building teams from the ground up. From all these experiences, creating a strong and lasting production team has been the most rewarding aspect of my career. Outside of work, I’m driven by creativity in all its forms. I love photography, the art of storytelling, and bringing ideas to life, whether through producing, acting, or voiceover work. When I’m not making the magic happen in production, you’ll find me running long distances, enjoying breathtaking sunrises, or spending time with my patient wife Cait and daughters Kelly and Molly.
