Rachel is creative director at T Brand Studio, the content studio within New York Times Advertising, where she’s produced programs for clients including Rothy’s, Boston Children’s, Square, HP and more. Rachel has previously worked as a creative director and copywriter for brands like Refinery29, Milk Bar, JWT (now VML), Harry’s, Time Inc, Overheard LA, StrawberryFrog, FCB, Oberland, Hugo & Marie and more.  As a Step Up Women’s Network member and volunteer, Rachel has mentored high school students from underrepresented communities, providing career coaching and support to young adults. She was named a Game Changer by AWNY (Advertising Women of New York) and has received industry recognition from The Cannes Lions, The Art Directors Club, The Webby Awards, The One Show, The Clios, The Effies, Fast Company, The Today Show and The Wall Street Journal.  Her personal essays—whose topics range from miscarriage and bedtime procrastination to cab theft— have appeared in Salon, The New York Times, Newsday and The New York Press. Rachel loves taking in live music and traveling with her family. She once ran The Brooklyn Half Marathon without training. Turns out training is kind of important.
