Objective

Function Health's Instagram account is inspired by the company’s mission to empower individuals to live "100 healthy years.” The account’s primary objective is to educate and engage its 468K-strong audience on the importance of proactive health management through access to lab testing. Through educational content and thoughtful ad campaigns, Function Health is a perfect example of genuine, consumer-focused product marketing.

Strategy

We built the Instagram page to do more than share information—it’s designed to make people stop, think, and act. We created educational posts that tap into culturally relevant health topics backed by hard-hitting statistics. Each post connects directly to biomarkers members can test through Function, turning abstract health concerns into actionable steps. The captions go beyond generic advice, providing practical, science-based ways to take control of your health. Challenges included balancing complex medical insights with accessible language, but the outcome is a feed that doesn't just inform—it drives action.

To further drive home Function Health’s key differentiators, the brand also consistently posts customer testimonial videos – showing real-life examples of Function Health’s impact on the lives of everyday users. Notable testimonials include:

With almost two hundred feed posts, the Function Health Instagram account has amassed over 468K followers since its 2023 beta launch. In total, Function Health’s Instagram has received over 8,245,600 views (+221% YoY) and 270,422,096 total impressions (+3,519% YoY).
