The Grain Elevators Of Buffalo

During the first half of the twentieth century,Buffalo, NY, the world's largest grain port, had capacity for the storage of grain in over thirty concrete grain elevators located along the inner and outer harbors. Many of the concrete elevators survive today. Even though many remain idle and in disrepair, they sit on the waterfront as a testiment of the greatness that was once Buffalo's.
