This is one of the largest, and tallest, municipal buildings in the United States. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1999.

The towering City Hall is an art deco masterpiece, richly decorated with figures and symbols portraying the history and spirit of the city. The 28th-floor observation deck offers panoramic views of Lake Erie and western New York.
