antics in the gardens of Madame Desmortes' chateau. Can her cynical nephew Hugo
save his gentle twin brother Frederic from marriage to the wealthy sophisticated
Diana? A comedy of manners about a society on the brink of extinction.

2002. Directed by Gyllian Raby Designed by David Vivian. February
15-17, 2007, 8pm. Young
and in love in wartime, the Wilde sisters have to react fast when their prairie
town is hit by the deadly "Spanish Flu." The 2002 Governor General's
Award drama reveals a dark comedy in the passionate embrace of life at the edge
of death.
Both
shows will be performed in the Sean O'Sullivan Theatre of the Centre for the Arts
