The
Renaissance Revival mansion at 877 Delaware Avenue was designed and built for
Asa K Silverthorne, a lumber merchant. Its white ornamentation is glazed terra
cotta. It is an 8,600-square-foot home with seven fireplaces, eight bedrooms,
and eight baths. This
was the 2007 Junior League Of Buffalo Show House.
